In Person
Summer
hours (July
2 to September 1): M-F 9:00am to 3:00pm. In person
at the Box Office,
we accept cash, local checks, travelers checks and
American Express, Visa, Mastercard or
Discover. Box Office Hours: M-F, 9:30am-4:00pm. On a day
when a show is scheduled the Box Office will be open
1 hour before the scheduled show time inside the
Lancaster
Opera House at our 21 Central Avenue location.
Closed on federal, state, and town holidays.
Call
716-683-1776 to order during box office hours with
credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
American Express). Please have your credit card
number with expiration
date ready. Your tickets will be held at the Box
Office.
Mail
Orders
Mail orders must include a daytime phone number and
the performance date. Use the convenient order form
on the next panel and send a local check, money
order or credit card info. Payments from Canada must
be in U.S. funds. Tickets will be mailed only if you
pay $1 handling fee or enclose a self-addressed,
stamped envelope. Otherwise they will be held in
your name a the Box Office. Make your check payable
to the Lancaster Opera House; send your check, order
form and self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Ticket
Prices are
given with the listing for each production. Senior
Citizen discount applies to age 62 and over. Student
discount applies to students ages 13 through high
school with valid I.D. Child discount applies to
ages 12 and under. Everyone, regardless of age, must
have a ticket. On shows without child price listed,
student price applies. Terms and conditions. The
Opera House does not make refunds. Seats are
reserved with the exception of student matinees and
performances noted as general admission. Lobby doors
open 1 hour prior to the announced time of each
performance. Seating begins 30 minutes before
curtain. Latecomers
will be seated at the discretion of management.
Group
Sales of 30
or more people receive a 10% discount (advance
purchase for adult, seniors or students only). Every
effort will be made to seat group members together.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required with your
reservation. Balance is due one month prior to
performance date. Not valid on child ticket, family,
student matinee or mid-day matinee. Call
